Shuangxing Return & Exchange Policy

1. Core Policy

  • Returns: Starting May 1, 2026, we accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 60 days of delivery.

  • Final Sale Items: Highly discounted items with limited quantities may be categorized as Final Sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

  • Customer Support: If you have any questions regarding the return process, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team. We are always happy to assist you.

2. General Terms & Conditions

All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

To ensure your items remain eligible for a return, please follow these care tips when trying them on:

  • Footwear: Shoe soles scuff easily on hard surfaces. Always try shoes on a carpeted surface. The shoe box is an essential part of the overall product presentation; please ensure it is undamaged and place it inside a shipping box before sending it back.

  • Swimwear & Lingerie: For hygienic reasons, always wear underwear when trying on these items. Do not remove or damage the hygienic liners.

  • Tops & Dresses: Please handle items with care to avoid staining them with makeup, perfume, or deodorant.

3. Refunds & Processing

  • International Orders: Please note that it takes 3 to 10 business days for us to process your package once it arrives at our warehouse.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a Refund Confirmation Email once your return has been inspected and processed.

  • Refund Posting: The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends entirely on your financial institution and may take a few additional business days.

4. Category Exclusions & Holiday Policy

4.1 Beauty Products

We accept returns for unused and unopened beauty products within 30 days of delivery.

4.2 Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees for express/expedited orders are non-refundable.

4.3 Bridal Gowns

All bridal gowns must be returned within 30 days to receive a full refund or store credit. We do not accept returns on bridal gowns after 30 days. Gowns must be completely unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by all original tags.

4.4 Bridesmaid Special Orders

Special orders of 3 or more dresses in the same style are considered Final Sale. If you are interested in a specific style, we highly recommend checking stock or purchasing a single piece to check sizing before placing a bulk order.

4.5 Extended Holiday Returns

During the holiday season (orders placed between November 1 and December 25), we will accept returns beyond the standard 30-day window, provided the return package is received by January 10 of the following year.

5. Exceptions & Incorrect Returns

If you accidentally return an item that was not purchased from Shuangxing:

  • Disclaimer: While we will make every effort to assist you in locating and recovering your item, Shuangxing is not responsible for replacing, returning, or compensating for non-Shuangxing items sent to us by mistake.

5.2 Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please do not try it on and contact our Customer Service team immediately for priority assistance.
